HOW OUR HEARTS BECAME ONE
Washed ashore in the sea of life;
Cast together in the sands of time;
All life form drifts into one.
Just as the sandy cliffs are etched
by wind and sea
over time,
our hearts are engraved
with the lifeforce
of one another,
collectively holding the vestige
of hopes and dreams,
leaving our heart prints
in the DNA of each other's soul.
