We all have our moments of slipping into the shadows of the dark and dank places dripping with those deep, dark thoughts niggling away at our trust in the future, ourselves, and our lives. 

In those moments when we first discover we're hiding out in life's shadows, licking our wounds and anticipating the worst, our outlook on life takes a turn for the worse. But it doesn't have to remain that way.

If we dig deep enough in the dark place, we discover 'The Shadow does know', and rather than the shadow being a hiding place it is a resting place where rejuvenation can happen.
