SWEET DREAMS

When at night I go to bed

I gather visions of 

day friends in my head.

Snuggled in with these cuddly friends

I dream of fun that never ends.

Boggy men and scary things I send away;

Up in balloons they sail far, far away.

Tomorrow when I wake to a stellar day,

I'll be rested and ready 

for every good thing to come my way.

Armed with good sleep and sweet dreams

I'm ready for whatever comes my way.

HOW OUR HEARTS BECAME ONE

Washed ashore in the sea of life;

Cast together in the sands of time;

All life form drifts into one.

Just as the sandy cliffs are etched 

by wind and sea

over time,

our hearts are engraved

with the lifeforce 

of one another,

collectively holding the vestige

of hopes and dreams,

leaving our heart prints

in the DNA of each other's soul.

I tenderly hold your heart 

deep in mine for all time.

At the celestial diving board

we look over the edge

contemplating our next life

ready to choose our 

next family and adventure

in this eternal cycle of life.

Every ending is a beginning 

freeing us to create 

the next part of our story.

It is never to late or too early

to let your soul dream of

better days ahead 

and to create a vision

of the adventure you desire now.

Our dreams are our spirit's secret sauce 

that shapes our fate in this life on earth.

Dream, and allow your dreams to prepare you 

to jump into the cool emotional waters of life.



Don't be afraid to stick your neck out to create the life you desire. Life is a series of trials and challenges for all of us. No matter how many times you fall down, the correct response is to get back up. Be willing to look foolish in search of your dreams. Sometimes you must risk feeling foolish to come fully alive.
